Hotel personal was really nice and helpful, they managed a taxi from airport for me, showed me my room and watched my luggage when I spend a day in the city after checkout. The breakfast on a terrase was one of the best I have ever had in hotel.

The location was excellent, in the heart of old town -- very closed to the shops and restaurants. Our room was in the back of the building so it was quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel room had a wonderful, rustic, country vibe with beautiful flower bedsheets. It was in a great location with easy access. The staff was so wonderful and helpfull. We will 100% be recommending this hotel!

My second time here and no doubt that I will come back if I come again to Chania ❤️ Everything is neat! Rooms always perfect, very comfortable beds and pillows and also great bathroom.
